I created a sheet metal cylinder, 11.50 ID, .25 THK, 68.00 LG. (from FRONT view using a center arc and a horizontal centerline, symmetric)

Then I created an UNFOLD feature by selecting an edge.

In the resulting flat pattern I created a number of holes. I selected "Link to thickness" and "Normal" when creating the cuts.

When I suppress the UNFOLD feature, I get the message that the hole cuts do not intersect a plane and one hole and about half of another hole appear in the folded cylinder.

What am I missing here?
