I am assembling a tripod.  I have 3 subassemblies.  1) Center assembly with 3 struts.  The struts move angularly vs the base.  Each strut has a pivot hole each end. 2) Leg assembly.  This leg assembly is a telescoping tube assembly.  It has a collar with an inside attachment for the strut.  The top cap has a hole that aligns with a pair of holes in the top base.  3) Foot assembly.  It is round base with a "ball" that sticks up.  On the ball there is a cylinder that is threaded and it screws onto the bottom of the leg.

I am unable to get all 3 pivot points to assemble simultaneously AND have the foot parallel to the ground.
