I have done this in the past, but right now if I try this I am unable to add angular dimensions between 3D sketch planes. I am following the instructions on

I am getting the error "Sketch segments cannot be used for 3D on-plane dimensions" when I try to do this. Has anyone faced this issue before? Could anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or if any setting has to be changed?
