I am trying to make a mold for an aluminum propeller hub.  I watched a Javelin video as a guide   Complex Mold Split Using SolidWorks - YouTube .  When i tried to split the solid parts I keep getting message that my surface doesn't split the solid.  Have tried to knit and extend surfaces.  a fairly complex part (at least for me).  will try to attach my file.  I would appreciate any help.
