We have a few engineers that are having trouble with pack and go. They are trying to use it while in Windows 10 file explorer. Then they click to save the file explorer crashes.  They can however pack and go with in Solidworks. So is this a common issue? Is there something we can do to fix it? We recently upgraded to 2019. Any ideas? THanks
