I am trying to rotate a 3D part, on the front plane, about the center axis.   (SolidWorks 2012) Menu:  [Alt-key]/Tools/Sketch Tools/Rotate.  The Rotate option is greyed out and unclickable.  Always works in the tutorial, why not on my drawing?
