On start up I get this error, I have repaired Solid works, I have also repaired Microsoft office and Uninstalled it and reinstalled it as well.

Also I think this is leading to an issue when i am trying to use screws and bolts from the toolbox, when I drag a screw or bolt from the toolbox, its visual doesn't appear just a small black and white rectangle which is connect to a square with a addition sign in it.

Once i release the part it will not be placed in the hole it will be  placed in the wrong direction with incorrect sizing and the bolt will be missing its head.
