Hi Guys
I know this question has been asked before, but I've got a slightly different slant on it.
I've dusted off our ancient Epson Stylus Pro 7600 . It don't get used very often and I've measured the results.
I've searched in vain for a way to calibrate the printer itself, so I guess I'm stuck with altering my drawing.
I've done the maths and I need to scale by 0.9990% horizontally and 1.0007% vertically.
I know these numbers are small, but it's surprising how they add up.. about 1.5mm error.
I was hoping there was a way to maybe save my drawing view as sketch and then apply a scale in these two directions.
I couldn't find a way to do that.
I really don't want to scale my model itself, especially as the drawing view is rotated to fit on the 24" paper roll.
At the moment the only solution I can think of is to somehow put the sketch on a plane that is tilted to the top view, seems like a birovapolava to me, so does anyone have any brighter ideas?
Thanks
Rob
