Hi,

I am having trouble filleting the end of a fan blade where it transitions to a rim (see attached). The blade itself was recreated from splines using cross sections generated from a 3D scan. When I try using a fillet I am limited to an extremely small acute radius which is not sufficient for the design. I thought initially the rim height might be limiting it but after playing about with this I don't think it's the cause.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.
