Hi all,

I am having difficulty patterning fillets and chamfer on a feature as a 2x2 array. The error I get when I tried to pattern these fillets and chamfers are : "Rebuild errors:
Unable to create instances for the pattern. Try again by decreasing the number of instances or the distance between the instances."

Here are the options I have tried in the 2x2 linear pattern none of which have worked:

1. Tried making all in the seed feature as one continous tangent propagated fillet

2. Tried individual fillets for each edge

3. Tried the same techniques in chamfer.

4. Geometry pattern

5. Changing the number of instances and the spacing.

The only things that work are:

1. If I choose pattern seed only, I can get the features to appear. However this is not my correct layout.

2. Not including the fillets and patterns, which changes the geometry significantly and I cannot machine it like that.

This is a very time consuming and annoying problem. Any light you can throw on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached two files showing the issue, the one labelled "During patterning.jpg" is the partial preview, the other one is the final geometry if I dont include the fillets and chamfer.
