Hello good people.

It's me again, struggling with my meager Solidworks skillz to create a fabric cover (2D material in a 3D shape).

I'm working on the curved top surface and while I did this before, not without difficulty, I'm having a bear of a time repeating it.

My goal is to create a 'fin' on the underside of this to connect to another piece.  I'm including pictures of the old part which worked, and the new part which doesn't.  There may be newer features that make this easier, but I'm using R2011.
