Trimming of bodies in part to another body if not using the weldment/trim options?

Good morning,

I'm sure there is a simple answer for this but I am not sure of the correct feature/command.  I created a 2x4 wood layout for a project at home.  I didn't use weldments / structural members.  I basically just extruded everything from sketches which is something I usually don't do.  I need to "trim" out the members as marked up on the below screen snip in between the horizontal frame members.  I looked into indent and combine and even trim with planes which I always use but don't think those would be correct for this simple procedure.  I can extrude cut the 4 vertical studs with sketches but think there may be a quicker way.  I've also attached file.  I just need to get rid of wood where arrows are by using trimming surfaces of inside of both horizontal boards.  Right now vertical and horizontal bodies are going thru each other.  Thanks in advance!
