Good evening. I have several questions that I would like to ask, and I know some may seem very elementary to some of you.

Trigger a Template. 

I have created a template that creates a folder structure and sub files within it. I want to be able to have the workflow automatically trigger the ECR folder and file structure when "Create New ECR" has been transitioned to.

I cannot seem to find a quick way to do this, even though it seems like it should be fairly easy.

Initiator Data placed into excel or word.

When the above mentioned happens, and a ECR is created, it is created by the logged in user. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to write this data into the documents. I created an Initiator Variable, but not sure how to connect it to the logged in user data at the moment of creation. Currently, my Data Card uses the Static Text, Special Value, Creator(Initials) to capture this info. Just not sure how to translate it over to the variable, or if I am missing the method of how to do this.

Last, but not least is PDF's.

How can I write to a PDF?  Where do I establish the custom properties in a PDF, so that the variable can be written into the pdf.  Also, I am thinking that you would use the "Fields" in pdf's and have them named as the variable is named....Is this done through a crazy method of using xmp files or another form of connectivity.
