Hello.

I am trying to translate a sketch from a vertical plane to an angled plane.

So I copy it and paste it onto a new plane that I angled to a precise angle I wanted...

I tried to fully define my sketch so I could move it to place and it won't change.

When I defeined with dimensions, it turned black, however I was not sure what it was hooked to as there were no anchors.

Why when I fully define a sketch with dimensions, it turns black? I deleted the origin and tried to line this sketch up with previous geometry...

No luck.

I cannot move it without distorting it. I run into this problem a lot, with sketches of various complexity.

What shall I do?

Whats the official way to do this?
