We are talking with support right now, but thought I would throw this out to the forum incase anyone has had this problem.

We have some automatic notifications thru the send mail transition action.  These files have only been thru the transition once.

Currently we are getting a notification for the same file about once every 2-10mins, and well people are not happy about their emails and phones going off!

We restarted our server, and that did not seem to do anything.

Any suggestions?
