I am working with Thermal Analysis where chips are at various watts and it is Transient analysis. The Flow is cut off and need to check for "how long equipment can withstand before reaching max. range"

The objective is to find the TIME TAKEN to reach Max. Temperature in the chip components !!!

What do you feel....
