I am experiencing problems with finite element analysis involving torsion.

When using Beam elements, I apply a torsional load, but sometimes the torsional load is not applied at all. Even when I recreate the same analysis from scratch, I still encounter load application issues, and the loads that fail to apply are not always the same.

Has anyone else experienced similar behavior with Beam elements in torsional FEA?

If I deactivate the loads that are applied correctly (left one), leaving only the load that is not being applied (right one), I get the following error:
