Hi Everyone. 

I have taken a topographical map and drawn rough estimations of the lines, cut extruding subsequent layers from the initial extrusion. 
At this point, I am wondering if there is a feature that would cut extrude around the curve of the topographical (previously cut extruded) lines I made.  See my illustration(s) below. 
As you can see in the 3rd picture, a simple cut extrude would not work well.
