I'm about to buy the 2020 version of solidworks premium.

In the prosess of getting quotes I can not say that I'm impressed by the VAR's I've been getting quotes from, they seem to be selling solidworks as a side business.

So my question are: is there some top rated VAR's that I can buy from, and can I buy outside my country?
