I noticed today that when I open a sketch on the Top or Right plane, the z-axis of my sketch is negative to the global z-axis (see pictures attached; sketch axis shown by the slim red arrows, global axis shown in bottom left corner). I'm not sure if this is normal, but it is really annoying to me. When I think I've built a part in the positive z direction according to the sketch, it ends up being negative in the global. I've done some preliminary searching and found lots of suggestions for using the "Modify Sketch" tool. I don't want to have to use that tool every time I want to sketch on those two major planes just to have the axis match up. That would waste a lot of time.

I'm hoping there is a simple option to get it to flip to the positive direction. I also may not realize that there is a reason for the sketch axis to point in the negative direction. If there is, please enlighten me.
