Hi guys,

Im new to the forum this is my first thread, so if it's not posted properly just tell me.

I had a look at similar problems, but I found that the problems were quite specific so I tried to use the same solutions but could not really apply them to my case.
Im study product design in The Hague (NL) and I'm currently working on a facial brush which we had to redesign, and a part of the assigment is to construct it in Solidworks and create the Molds since it will get injection molded.

I have a few parts I'm working on for this project and I get most of the molds right but there are two parts which don't work.

As shown in the first screendump there are no other errors in the featuremanager.

The first and most important is the casing, the problem is that when I constructed the parting line and surface I try to do the tooling split it gives me the error: Cannot knit sheets together.

I have attached another screendump to illustrate it.
