Hi All I am trying to "create gear" using the toolbox.  Ansi inch, Spur Gear.  I put in the values, see #1, for a Boston Gear Y4836.  When solidworks is done making the gear the hub is ok but the gear is 50" Yeh FIFTY INCHES wide!  By the way when I do an internal gear with an outside diameter of 2" I get one with 50".

Any suggestions.  I am making this for a fun project so don't exactly feel like drawing one for myself.
