My SW assemblies are not loading in toolbox parts it keeps giving the message: cannot locate the file for the component to complete the operation.
Is there anyone that knows how to solve this? It is only my PC that has this issue. other co-workers don't have the issue, for them it loads perfectly.
When I right click the toolbox part and click open part it perfectly shows the part. so the correct reference is in place. when I go back to the assembly and right click the toolbox part and click unsuppress it now loads the file and all mates in correctly. But if i close and reopen the assembly it will be disrupted again.
Further info: We have a shared toolbox located on our PDM vault, everyone can access this. I've tried to get the latest version of all parts involved. we use SW2020 SP5.0
Is there anyone that has had this issue or could help me?
