We recently updated SolidWorks to 2016 SP2.

We use the Toolbox Settings Wizard to manage all of our fasteners. Before our upgrade when I needed to add a new fastener I could simply add a new configuration in the toolbox settings wizard and then save. Upon saving other users could drag and drop this exact fastener configuration from their design library into an already open assembly.

Now, after the upgrade the new screw configuration is not present on other user machines unless other users restart SolidWorks. I however can see it on my machine immediately. Am I missing a setting somewhere? It would be an annoyance to always have to close SolidWorks just to update the fastener configurations.
