SolidWorks 2012 was upgraded to 2013 with fresh new toolbox of 2013. Now the assemblies which were using toolbox components like washers, bolts are varying from their original size. They are much bigger than their actual hole size.

I've tried option provided in 'System option -> Hole wizard/toolbox -> Make this folder the default search location for toolbox components.' I tried repairing 2013 installation but nothing was achieved.

Can anyone please tell why these toolbox components are behaving awkwardly with some assemblies.? We have only 1 'SolidWorks Data' folder installed with 2013 in drive 'C'.
