Hello Everyone,

I’m currently using SolidWorks 2020 and I’m experiencing an issue with the Toolbox.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, the Toolbox add-in (and some other add-ins) are missing from the list, which means I cannot access the Toolbox at all.

I suspect this might be related to the fact that I previously had SolidWorks Education 2023 installed, but then downgraded to SolidWorks Premium 2020.

Has anyone encountered this before, and could you suggest possible solutions?
