Just installed SW2012 and experienced toolbox problems when try to create custom and configuration specific properties by the toolbox configurator.

SolidWorks promised a major toolbox performance change in SW2012, just the reason we switch that early, convinced at the 2012 introduction, hmm.

How do other SW user manage there toolbox components ?

Many of the people I spoke told me they create there own toolbox components.

It looks like the SolidWorks developers didn't take the time to debug anything, how is such possible for a program like this ?

Any suggestions about create light weight toolbox parts with the possibility to change there material, for example bolts in normal and stainless steel.
