Hello,

I'm trying to help our production manager.  The toolbars, menu bar, and side bar tree are missing from his viewer window in Solidwork Explorer.  Is there a way to reactivate them without reinstalling the program?  I've right clicked every where?  From what i've read, these toolbars are always supposed to be visible.  He is using a Professional license (it should have only pulled a Standard or PDM license).  They were visible before our IT guy and another engineer tried to solve the Pro. licensing grabbing issue.  We are using Solidworks 2012.

Any advice is helpful.  Thanks.
