Hey,

So for some odd reason one of my toolbars (the 'Standard' one) refuses to snap to the right or left edge of the screen, it will snap to the top and bottom just fine though.  Obviously it will float in space just fine too, but when I drag it to the left or right edge it doesn't snap at all.  All the other toolbars I have tried so far seem to snap the left and the right just fine.
I have tried snapping it while other toolbars are already there and while no toolbars are there with no luck.
I am not quite sure what the deal is here and there doesn't seem to be much discussion about this on the forum or the rest of the web either.

Any thoughts on what is causing this?
