I am working on an assembly of two plastic injection molded parts. I am interested in finding the mating interference based on maximum material conditions and least material conditions for each part (i.e. a plug and a cavity). if i put tolerances on the dimensions in the 3D model, is there a simulation package or tool that can evaluate a worst-case scenario when they mate?
