Has anyone else run into tolerances NOT applying to a dimensions?

I've run into a problem where I have a dimension, I apply a tolerance (the default limit tolerance is +.010/-.010), I modify the default to +.015/-.015.

Here's where my issues comes in.

I'm not sure if I am exiting the dimension window incorrectly or not but the dimension does not change.

I'm not sure if it is because I'm tabbing through the fields? or if I'm left mouse button selecting?

This is NOT a consistent problem (and it might be me) but it is one that I have gotten stung on.

I've read in the Alpha release note that there was a problem with tolerances not apply over multiple dimensions. (not sure if that isn't my problem either)

I was just wondering if anyone has run into anything similar?
