So I watched the video today on TolAnalyst thought yeah that would be cool to test out on our assembly. The problem I am finding after getting it all setup is the selection of all the Primary, or Secondary of the holes, which is where we are having trouble with alignment. It looks like this is a lost cause unless I am just doing something wrong.

Any suggestion on doing all these holes:

This is the result I get for selecting Primary/Secondary:

What you don't see in the above images is the cover underneath has  all the holes I pointed in the first image. Your only seeing 1/4 of the entire section.
