To get an instance s of block s from the part inserted in to the current document

I have the block, VGA-Cutout in part 10.1. Pl. see FIGURE-1.

Part 10.1 is inserted in to Part 10.2

Now, I am trying to insert block VGA-Cutout in the current sketch. But, I don't find the VGA-Cutout in the inserted 10.1 to get in to the current working sketch.

But, I have no clue. Is this possible.

Please let me know. Thanks for the help.
