we have develped a application to update Title block,once we update thru this application all dates are display in title blcok are same as we entered. when the PLM is try to open this drawing from the server located in other time zone, it is taking previous day date.As per I know if we use "long date/Short date" solidworks custom property then only it has to take todays date  but in other case it should read the date what we has entered.this function should work similar to excel like "=Today" today date but other cases what we have entered. kindly let me know how to fix this
