I'm working on creating a Title Block but I'm coming across two main problems.

I can't add a new text field so that I can put custom information in. I'm adding a note and then trying to give it some references and constrain it properly.

I'm struggling to constrain it though and most of the title block entries have \$RP before the note. Is this to link it to something.
