What is the purpose of the Title Block Table?  I do see how it improves anything.  It doesn't save time.  It doesn't seem to improve quality.  Its just another thing to manage.  You can't link to it directly from a drawing.  Please enlighten and correct me if you understand this feature and/or use it.
