Is there a way to automatically enter project-specific data into drawing title blocks?

We have data that is drawing specific and so must be entered on every drawing (e.g. drawn by, checked, by, etc.)

But there is also data that is project-specific, that is the same on all drawings for a given project: (e.g. Project Name, Contractor Name, Client Name, etc.)

I would like to be able to enter things like Project Name, Contractor Name, Client Name, etc. once without having to re-type them in every drawing. Could a macro do it? I don't know much about macros. I am open to any and all suggestions.
