Hello,
I just stumbled across a usefull drawing bom function. As you might know you can change custom properties in a BOM table and push the information
back into the part or assembly file. However, changing cell entries by double clicking in the BOM cell is cumbersome cause the "graphic" get in the way. Its also slow.
However if you first left mouse click the cell and straight away right mouse click the cell again of a part or assembly and have the Property Tab open, then you can enter/alter the properties via the property tab template for the select part or assembly. Doesn't work for cutlist items in indented BOM's.
That way you can change all properties rather quickly without the annoying cell format pop-up or warning dialogs...
Just force a rebuild and all entries will show up in the BOM.
Voila...
