Upgraded from 2007 to 2010, and then added SP1.0.  I use thumbnail view in Windows Explorer (XP Pro). Since installing 2010, these thumbnails do not refresh.  It wasn't a problem in 2007; a save always updated the Windows Explorer thumbnails. Does anybody know why this might be?
