Hello,
First time I haven't been able to locate an answer to a question on this forum, thank you to all who post and comment here this has been a great resource as a mostly self-taught user. Using CAMWorks Solid 2018 (SolidWorks 2018 SP. 2)
I have a part designed in Fusion360 with threaded holes that was exported to me as a STEP file then imported and saved a SLDPRT per SolidWorks instruction. The threaded holes are showing a smooth round hole not tapped holes in the imported model.
I am working on a dimension drawing for the part using Hole Callout I am only getting the tap drill size (.089" for a No. 4-40UNC 2B). I went back to the model tried to use the hole wizard and got a rebuild error for "The intended hole does not intersect this model". I have tired using cosmetic threads and I still only get a Hole Callout for the tap drill diameter, nothing about the pitch or thread class.
Thanks in advance for any and all help with this.
