This is a question for my "Seasoned Pro" friends out there..

I am with a new employer to whom I introduced to SW and photorealistc rendering.  They LOVE it !

I am using an older I-7 based computer with an NVidia Quadro 4000 graphics card.

I have created some basic "fly-thru" photo-realistically rendered animations, which I kicked of on Friday evening to run over the weekend...

I am setting up an animation now that is set at 30 fps, for a 25 second clip: 751 frames....

My best estimate is that it will take between 5 to 8 days to compute....

So my management wants to know, If you were going to build/buy a dedicated system for generating photo-realistically rendered animations, what would you spec ?

I am currently using Photo-View 360, but my management might consider upgrading to Visualize Professional, if in the communities opinion, it would be a cost effective improvement over using PView360.

Thanks in advance for you wisdom...

I do appreciate your input. (alot) !
