I keep getting the error "The thin loft failed. Please consider trying a smaller thickness(es)" when trying to use the Lofted Bends feature.

It's come up a few times while working today, can anyone provide an explanation to this?
I've attached one of the files it keep occuring in. Yet it has no problem functioning for other similar geomerty....
