I am looking for examples on how to run thermal simulation upon an assembly consisting of optics and boards mounted upon plastic frame.

All these parts are bonded to frame using silicon adhesives. The entire assembly shall be subjected to -40C and +65C w.r.t ambient.

Output required is to check thermal stress and part deformations.

Any suggestions or examples will be helpful.
