Found this old thread: https://forum.solidworks.com/thread/45129 regarding this error and tried the suggestions there, but it hasn't worked for me.  Plus, this is happening on 2013 and I'm guessing the version in the thread was older.

I've been in and out of the offending sketch with no luck so I'm hoping another set of eyes can tell me what I'm doing wrong, I can't seem to make any difference with this part...
