I keep getting the error "The project 'x' is currently opened by the following users:" (when opening my project) after SWE slowed down... After a restart I cannot open my project anymore as it is 'currently opened' as stated above. Using SWE 2019 SP3.

I have little time for this project to finish so I am kinda desparate in solving this...

Does anyone have an idea?
