Sometimes the number of parts being used in assemblies (shown in the tree) is different with what it's actualy should be.

It's because sometimes I add some parts, later delete them and finally I think it's better to have them again.

After adding them once again, the number in <> is different. It seems that after each delete this number is not updating.

How can I fix this?

In this assembly, AL11574BB511 is used twice whlle it shows 4 in the tree.
