Trying to make a extrude cut in a sheet metal door, but it seems i can not do that.......

Why??

I got som edge-Flange yellow error

But i have been told it is no problem that it is like this, and the size of the door is controlled by equations.

I have saved the door as a part and added it.

Any help is really appriciated
