I have a data card that is used to populate a 2010 word document. When the document gets checked into the vault the text is deleted and or truncated.
This is what the data card currently looks like.
I now add text to the data card and save the card.
I then open the document to make sure the text transferred and save the file.
This is what the data card looks like after I check the file into the vault.
This is variable information
We are using SW and EPDM 2014 SP4.
Any ideas? We thought it may have been related to Microsoft but I do not think this is the case as the field updates with the new information. The data card gets changed during check in.
