We have several templates and sheet formats saved in our vault, but for some reason these act differently than say a solidworks part. Normally when you open a file it will default to "get latest version", however when we use a template or assign a sheet format, it will only used the already cached version and not ever attempt to get the latest. This is very frustrating as an adminstrator when we want to make changes to a template and have the engineers use the newest one. Do I have a setting wrong or is this just the way it is?
