Hello Friends,

1) We need to import Tekla models in SolidWorks 2014.What is the best way? We do it by .ifc but members are not trimmed.Is there any way to trim those structures using macros or API. 2) We tried importing the same structure as .sdnf (using CIS2 works free beta version) but it imports the wireframe model and ask me to browse for map file. Default map files are not working for me ("Members not found").How to create a MAP file that can map all the members correctly. or where should I browse it in SolidWorks directory if it is already present. Or Do i need to edit default map files to suit SolidWorks. or should Tekla guys provide me a correct Map file ......New to this forum .My first post.may place it in wrong place. Thanks in advance.
